Detailed Description: This project will replace Fairchild-Badley Road - a narrow, two lane open ditch roadway - with a two lane curb and gutter street. Sidewalks will also be included in the project. Six hundred feet of the Elm Grove Garden project (from the Fairchild-Badley Street intersection to the bridge 600' to the north) will be added to this project to facilitate construction.
Project Budget: Present Day Cost $5,706,620.00

Project Progress: Final plans for Fairchild-Badley are complete. The GLP right of way team is starting appraisals and acquisitions.
