Detailed Description: Glen Oaks Drive is currently a two lane roadway without shoulders from Plank Road to McClelland Drive. The proposed typical section is a three lane curb and gutter roadway with sidewalks on one side and bike lanes on both sides. Due to the houses along the roadway, the proposed sidewalk will be located at the back of curb allowing the roadway to fit in the existing 50-foot right of way width.
