Detailed Description:

This project will build two travel lanes in each direction with a raised median on Sullivan Road from the proposed Central Thruway to Wax Road. When combined with other projects in the plan, it will provide an improved north-south connection extending from Nicholson Drive to Hooper Road.

Project Progress:

The widening of Sullivan Road is in the final plan design phase. Right of way appraisal and acquisition are in progress. The Design Consultant is addressing the final plan review comments and will incorporate the revisions into the final mylar plans submittal.

Project Look Ahead:

Design Consultant to address final plan review comments and submit final mylar plans for construction. Appraisers and agents are continuing to appraise and acquire proposed right of way in order to construct the project roadway improvements.
