Detailed Description: This project will consist of adding two additional traffic lanes, turn lanes and improvement to the intersections from a point 3000' west of the Bluebonnet Boulevard to the tie-in point approximately 750' south of Highland Road. The purpose of the project will be to provide an improved east-west route to LSU and the Downtown areas, and relieve the congestion along Highland Road. Identified on the City-Parish Major Street Plan, the improved Burbank Drive will tie to north-south improvements along Bluebonnet Boulevard and Siegen Lane.
Project Budget: Present Day Cost $6,452,730.00
